Culture

The 'thorned-blade' otherwise known as the Blade of Thorns was a commonly used weapon during the War of 2019 against the Redwood Tribe, this weapon is still used today with different detachments with the same core idea of the thorned-blade being the inspiration for these different variants. Another weapon still used is the standard wooden club. Simply a log with a larger end, despite it being extremely basic, this weapon was profound in the War of 2019. The Shahawkian Blade, also known as the Blade of the Hawk is simply a branch from a tree. Despite also being basic, the choice from what tree is extremely important. These blades were broken from either trees that were still alive, or trees that had died recently enough to allow the branch to be green and ripe, making it durable for use. The dueling rod is an imported good from the United States which is made out of ripe and durable Bamboo. While this rod is typically not used in disputes or battles, it is used for practicing. Many other weapons including airsoft guns, and semi-functional slingshots have also been used in Shahawkian culture as well. Shahawkia has also begun attempts at bringing decent quality, gel-firing, guns into Shahawkia to defend all land.

As Shahawkia always has, part of Shahawkian culture is celebrating the change of the seasons through festivals and get-togethers in notable Shahawkian cities. During the Winter, many holidays are celebrated, such as Day of the Hawk, Heart of Winter, and Christmas as well as New Years. In spring, Shahawkia not only celebrates Day of Foundation, arguably one of the most important holidays for Shahawkia due to it being the day when Shahawkia was founded, Day of Ianshomo, the day when a venture to Ianshomo is usually taken to commemorate the day when Ianshomo was first discovered, and the Day of Peace, commemorating when the War of 2019 ended. The Spring Seasonal holiday is Sprouting Day, this day is unique and can vary, since it is celebrated on the day that the central Tree of Tyrillym sprouts its leaves, this tree is also referred to as the Mother Tyrillym, the City of Tyrillym also got its name from the tree. Some Summer holidays include Day of the Cat, Sovereignty Day, and Day of the Stars, a celebration in the evening commemorating the stars and the beautiful night sky over Shahawkia. The Autumn Seasonal Holiday is Day of Yellowing.

Food & Drink

Shahawkia's first real adopted meal was a soup, named simply for its color, Green Soup, a soup made from many different vegetables. Shahawkia would then go on to adopt dishes such as Rice and Potatoes as well as Chive-Stuffed Potatoes. Shahawkian culture would later evolve to focus more around meaty foods, such as steak, pork, and chicken. Many popular dishes today include Steak with Broccoli and Rice, Smoked Chives, Smoked Pepper, Corn Chips and Salsa, Spaghetti, and more. Some drinks include sugary beverages like Coca Cola, Fanta, and Dr. Pepper. Other drinks such as Milk, Hot Chocolate, and Cranberry-Pomegranate Juice are also popular among Shahawkians.

Music

Shahawkia's prideful songs are written to the tunes of previously existing songs. The most popular prideful song is For Glory We Fight - Stephen I which is written under the Turkish song İstiklal Marşı. Many ceremonial songs and war songs are written to the tunes of Russian marches and Mongolian War Hymns. Shahawkia's songs always feature a notable percussion part. As many of Shahawkia's native songs are drums that come from the beating of logs and animal skin.

Language

Through many different lingual tweaks, notably Old Daurczec, Soulryllic Shahawkian, Presbanic Shahawkian, Exunelak Shahawkian, and in modern times, Asupius Shahawkian, Shahawkia has always had a language which will one day become fully developed.

Symbolism

Shahawkia's modern symbolism came from many letters of an alphabet lost to time, as well as the name. Many letters, including the Shahawkian letter for "S" were included in early Shahawkian symbolism, that symbol, called the Shahawkian Shaczec, is still used today. As time progressed, Shahawkia would begin using many vector art bird designs and adapting them uniquely and also editing them. The star was also used in Shahawkian symbolism, the core reason is unknown, but Shahawkia retained it throughout time. Another form of the Shaczec is the Ulkrishaczec which is the central symbol shown in the Egalian Mark without the star. It has 3 Shaczecs, 2 facing right and one left with the vertical extrusion in the center protruding upwards, in a standard Ulkrishazec, there is a star mounted atop the vertical extrusion in the center. In the Egalian Mark, the Ulkrishaczec shown is a different alternative attaining no mounted star.
