The Grand Duchy of Isham, commonly referred to as Isham, is a non-autonomous province of the Empire of Shahawkia. Grand Duke Jimmy M. serves as the Provincial Governor and does not serve in the Shahawkian National Assembly. With the ISO-3166 abbreviation VR, Isham was originally the Colony of Varmak before further reform. Geographically, Isham is huddled away between the outer Atlanta suburbs.
